Projects:

The Stanford Center on Longevity should become a “one stop” destination for those looking to research, share insights or advocate the place and value of work in our longer lives, at a more global level, to address the fragmentation of activities and evidence we currently see. Many in the second Ambassador program have noted their focus or interest in longevity and work. My project is based on bringing this interest and momentum together under the SCL banner.

Through regular conversations, this “sub-group” can: share networks, information and evidence; outline the gaps in the evidence and narrative around longevity and work; determine potential areas for research and action within the group and with the SCL research team; create the tools necessary to communication the strategic advantages of aging workforces for their own purposes (such as my goals at What’s neXT50) and SCL and; support the development of pilot programs for interested employers.
