Project:

As a Stanford Center on Longevity Ambassador, my aim is to raise awareness about longevity and inspire meaningful reflection on how we can enhance the quality of longer lives. I am focusing on two key groups: (a) individuals like myself who are career-driven lifelong learners and wish to remain engaged in meaningful work beyond traditional retirement, and (b) corporations to explore how retaining older employees creates mutual benefits for businesses and individuals. By fostering this dialogue, I hope to show how inclusive practices can support extended careers while driving organizational success. I am sharing these insights through LinkedIn posts and internal discussions within my multinational company.
