My project aims to develop a self-assessment tool for companies to evaluate their maturity and readiness for longevity. This tool will help organizations identify strengths and areas for improvement across key aspects of long-term sustainability and employee support. The assessment will include the following areas:

  1. Social factors: corporate culture, inclusivity, supportive environment.
  2. Financial planning support: financial literacy and long-term planning.
  3. Health planning: promoting physical and mental health.
  4. Continuous learning and flexibility: adaptability to new conditions and its support for employee reskilling and career transformation.
  5. Intergenerational collaboration: Measuring mechanisms for cooperation across generations to foster knowledge sharing and synergy.

This assessment will serve as a starting point for companies aiming to implement longevity strategies and become leaders in creating sustainable and inspiring work environments.
