Through my longevity project, I want to make sure that workplace culture management takes longevity readiness into account so that young workers think about their careers through a longevity lens. I will also promote policies in the workplace that reflect the need to be productive for longer and include people of different ages, while older adults plan their exit from the workforce with more intention and focus on changing their roles. This will all be integrated in our Culture By Design work at Connect X (www.connectxm.co.ke).
