Through our not-for profit social venture, What’s neXT50 (www.whatsnext50.com), we are empowering Transitioners (mid-late career individuals and self described retirees) to build their “playbook”, for the next phase of their lives. The What’s neXT50 ecosystem and its global community of 1200+ members is focussed on three key areas: 1. CONNECTIONS: helping members build new networks with like minded people across the globe 2. LEARNING – fostering a growth mindset and making learning as a continous life long endeavour 3. GIVING BACK- working in small cohorts, encouraging members to leverage their life experiences and wisdom to address challenges in their communities.
