From early adulthood through older age, lifelong learning has been linked to better mental health, greater adaptability, and a stronger sense of purpose. While older adults have long been the focus of lifelong learning initiatives, our data shows a possible trend of growing participation in lifelong learning among younger adults. Additionally, women outpaced men in educational engagement across nearly all age groups.
