DEPRESSION

Depression can negatively affect both physical health and quality of life, contributing to fatigue, chronic illness, and reduced social and emotional well-being. From 2019 to 2023, the percentage of Americans at risk for depression declined across all age groups. However, individuals who are not married and those with lower incomes have a higher rate of being at risk for depression.
