Sightlines findings showed that between 2000 and 2013, the percentage of Americans with health insurance, in general, increased incrementally with age and reached nearly full coverage at 65, when most people become eligible for Medicare. Those among the lowest education and income groups were found to have the lowest proportion of coverage.
