Research has identified numerous actions that increase the odds of living long and well, but many people don’t take the appropriate steps, particularly in the areas of health and financial security. As a result, many people aren’t achieving the full potential of their lives, which creates substantial costs for both the individual and society.
To address these challenges, the MORE Design integrates the robust research on psychological science, behavior change, and decision-making with recent research on various behavioral economics phenomena. Our aim is to synthesize empirical evidence about behavior for practitioners, so they can improve the financial well-being and health of employees, members and customers through employee benefit and retirement programs.
