Join us for Health Matters—Stanford Medicine’s free community event that explores the latest advances in medicine, health, and wellness. This year, we look forward to welcoming our community back to campus, where our world-renowned experts will present the latest research and practical tips for healthy living.

If you live in the area, we hope you’ll come in person to take full advantage of everything Health Matters has to offer, including Health Talks with live Q&As with Stanford Medicine experts; a Health Pavilion with nutrition, cooking, yoga, exercise, and meditation activities; health and wellness resources; food trucks; prizes; and more. Health Matters will be held 100% outdoors for your added safety.

7th Annual Palo Alto Community Health Fair  | September 21, 2024 | 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT

Location: Mitchell Park Community Center

The Palo Alto Family YMCA, City of Palo Alto and Stanford medicine are co-hosting the 7th Annual Palo Alto Community Health Fair. This year, the fair’s main focus will be on Senior Mental Wellness and Digital Health. We will have speakers to discuss topics under the fair’s main focuses, non-profit health organizations sharing free resources and services, vendor tables/booths, prizes, food, and more.
