Polly Dawkins is Executive Director of the Davis Phinney Foundation, whose mission is to provide essential information, practical tools and inspiration to people living with Parkinson’s. The Foundation funds early-phase, innovative research that focuses on exercise, speech, movement and other factors that affect quality of life. Polly’s experience spans both corporate and not-for-profit environments, and specializes in building products, services, and programs through developing teams and infrastructure. Polly’s expertise is in international human resource management, organizational design, fundraising, financial oversight, collaborative decision making,  and transforming organizations. She holds a BA in International Studies from Earlham College and and MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
