Is this targeted to just specific types of rehab (i.e joints)? Is there any barriers for this older consumer to access the tech needed to do this IHPSS?
Thank you Dr. Goldstein for your question. Our system is designed for, but not limit to, frailty patient for optimized rehab and strengthening training for lower extremities, including the Quadriceps Muscle, Calf Muscles, and Tibialis Anterior Muscle. The function of lower extremities in old adults is very important for independent mobility and fall prevention. In the initial stage, our design is primarily focused on lower extremities of frail old adults. Moving forward, we will continue to extend our system to functional training of upper body, not only to old adults, but also to athletics or body builders. We aim to construct an intelligent health care and health promotion ecosystem.
