Rob Magliaro serves as Head of Ecosystem and Workforce at Grow with Google, the company’s one billion dollars economic opportunity program. Rob leads strategic partnerships with educational institutions and major employers to create pathways through the Google Career Certificates, AI training, and Career Dreamer programs. Before Google, Rob co-founded a P-Tech high school in New York City, a model that connected K-12 education to college and professional advancement. His career spans developing learning systems that support individuals through multiple transitions and technological shifts. At every stage, he focuses on creating accessible pathways that enable continuous skill development and economic mobility.
