Dr. Nichole Torpey-Saboe is Vice President of Research at Strada where she leads the production of the State Opportunity Index and original research related to work-based learning. She has been at Strada since 2018 leading a number of large surveys and mixed methods research projects related to student and alumni experiences with education and work. Nichole has also worked as an independent consultant for state government and local non-profit organizations and in academia where she taught courses on evaluation, quantitative methods, political science, and economics and published on inequality and access to public goods.
