Layla O’Kane is the Senior Director of Data Products at the national nonprofit Opportunity@Work. She plays a vital role in driving field-level impact and enabling data-driven decision-making that can accelerate economic opportunity for STARs. O’Kane joined Opportunity@Work from the pioneering labor market analytics firm Lightcast, where she served as Senior Economist and Research Director. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, NPR, and other national media. O’Kane holds a MPA in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Economics and in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
