Christina Yancey, PhD, is a vice president at AIR supporting an exceptional group of researchers and technical assistance experts in improving employment and economic opportunity for individuals in all 50 states. She has 20 years of experience at the intersection of workforce research, policymaking, and programs. In varied roles, she has led evidence-building of government and philanthropic investments aligning workforce education and training with high-wage, high-growth jobs. Her current priorities are to scale innovations in career pathways for low-income populations, including individuals affected by the justice system; and to improve end-users’ access and use of timely, relevant evidence.
