Jin Song Montesano is Chief Public Affairs Officer of the LIXIL Group Corporation, a global leader in the building and housing industry. LIXIL manages a global portfolio of some of the world’s most famous consumer brands including GROHE, American Standard, and INAX in Japan. Based in Tokyo, Jin Montesano oversees global external and internal communications, corporate marketing, brand management, and corporate responsibility for the Group. She also provides strategic counsel to the Group CEO and LIXIL executives on issues related to strategy, reputation, culture, and trust. She is an Executive Officer of the Group and a Board Director of the LIXIL Corporation. Jin Montesano is also a Director of the Board of the Permasteelisa Group, a leading and global manufacturer of architectural envelopes and commercial interior systems.

A public affairs practitioner with deep global experience, Jin Montesano has over 18 years of experience in both government and senior corporate management positions, including with GSK, GE Capital, and Kraft Foods. She graduated from Columbia College of Columbia University with a B.A. in English and received a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University. She is the co-author of “Winning Corporate Reputation Strategies: Lessons from Asia Pacific,” published by McGraw-Hill Education Asia Pte Ltd (2012).
