NICHOLAS BERNHARDT-LANIER

Nicholas Bernhardt-Lanier is an innovator, researcher, and consultant in the intersection of digital and consumer health and artificial intelligence.

As an operator, he’s focused on improving quality of life through technology. He has helped build products at CareLinx (home healthcare), doci.ai (AI for clinical trials), Vesta Healthcare (virtual clinical care), and Aloe Care Health (voice-enabled home technology). Recently, Nicholas worked as a home care provider for older adults with chronic conditions, gaining front-line experience in home healthcare.

Currently, Nicholas is a Digital Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, supporting executive healthcare, technology and consumer clients. He’s also involved with McKinsey’s Health Institute and Tech Council.

In additional to the Advisory Council, Nicholas continues to support Stanford’s longevity and healthcare initiatives. He was a Haas Center for Public Service’s Roland Longevity Fellow, a New Map of Life Stanford Center on Longevity Fellow, a Stanford Medicine’s Design, Innovation and Clinical Entrepreneurship Fellow, and a Teaching Mentor for Stanford’s first digital healthcare course, Building for Digital Health.

Nicholas earned a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University.
