Carly recently graduated from Stanford University with a  Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, concentrating in Adaptations and Development of Human Performance. She is now pursuing a Masters’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley and is a Research Fellow for Stanford Lifestyle Medicine.
Before working with the Stanford Lifestyle Medicine team, Carly conducted extensive research on the use of novel technologies for human health and performance with the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance, the Heller Lab, and the Healthy Aging Research and Technology Solutions (HARTS) Lab.
Carly is passionate about the expansion of health access and education, especially in rural areas of the US like her hometown Franklin County, Virginia.  Beyond her academic and professional careers, she is a dedicated runner, gardener, bookworm, and trinket collector.
