Research Scholar, New Map of Life Financial Security Fellow

Jialu Streeter, Ph.D., is a Research Scholar at the Stanford Center on Longevity. Jialu’s research primarily focuses on the economics of aging, retirement security, and financial security and mental wellbeing of older adults. Most of her work is empirical and utilizes a large amount of microeconomic data. Jialu completed her PhD in economics at Indiana University, Bloomington. Prior to joining the Center, Jialu was an economics professor at Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she is an avid piano player.
