Phil-Moeller-bio-pic-285x285Philip Moeller, an award-winning business journalist, is an expert on aging, health, and retirement. He wrote “The Best Life” retirement blog for U.S. News and World Report, co-authored the U.S. News e-book “How to Live to 100.” He writes the “Ask Phil” Medicare column for PBS,  is a Research Fellow at the Center on Aging & Work at Boston College and is the founder of Insure.com, a leading site for insurance information. He is also a contributor to Money magazine.  His latest book is titled “Get What’s Yours: The Secret to Maxing Out Your Social Security.”

Previously, Moeller has worked for newspapers in Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Hartford and Louisville. He developed and is editor of the American History of Business Journalism, and has been head of corporate communications for a Fortune 500 financial services company.
