BJ Fogg

BJ Fogg is a behavior scientist, educator, and author active in both academia and the private sector. He directs research and design at Stanford University’s Persuasive Technology Lab, developing insight into how digital technology can be designed to change people’s behaviors. BJ’s lab is currently focused on “changing together” –exploring how individuals can achieve lasting change by tapping into the power of social. His work on behavior change includes the “Fogg Method” and “Tiny Habits” which seek to identify simple, practical steps that lead to long term outcomes. In 2008, Fortune Magazine selected BJ as one of the “10 New Gurus You Should Know”. BJ holds a PhD in psychology from Stanford University.
