A beauty industry publicist and brand strategist with over 16 years of experience in growing and developing indie and well-known brands, Alison joined Bare Escentuals in 2007. As one of the leading cosmetic companies in the United States, Bare Escentuals is consistently recognized for its award-winning mineral-based cosmetic and skincare products.
In her current role, Alison has developed a comprehensive platform for executing high-touch and high-awareness integrated experiences for growing brand reach, affinity and engagement to support the evolution and ever-growing opportunities for the company and its brands on a global scale. Additionally, she acts as personal publicist to Leslie Blodgett, Creator of bareMinerals, and as an advisor to Bare Escentuals CEO and CMO to implement corporate strategies and initiatives aimed at driving the company’s purpose in making a positive difference in women’s lives.
Alison has worked with key influencers across the creative, retail, digital and academic landscapes to support and recognize next generation talent and thought leadership in areas of brand building, design challenges, and digital engagement. The pursuit of such activities help support her passion for mentoring and advising young entrepreneurs by identifying their strengths with the ultimate goal of helping them realize their dreams.
