Alexis is Target’s Director of Apparel and Accessories Product Development, where she has responsibility for developing and leading the product development teams; maintaining an environment where challenge is expected and risk is rewarded, where professional growth and personal balance is possible and achievements are celebrated, whether personal or professional.  The product development team’s mission is to develop Target’s owned brand products that deliver exceptional guest experiences that fulfill the “Expect More.
