GoGoGrandparent is a phone tree interface that lets older adults use Uber & Lyft without needing a smartphone.

After registering, older adults call the GoGoGrandparent phone number and press 1 to signal that they want an Uber or Lyft to be sent out to their home. To return home, they call the same number and press 2. They may schedule rides in advance, select pre-program pick up locations accessed by pressing ‘3’, ‘4’ and ‘5’, grant family members access to their account, and press ‘0’ to speak with an operator for any reason at any time.
