Christi has 30+ years of experience in user centered solution strategy, design and development heavily focused on innovation in workplace benefits for Fortune 100 companies.

At present her Workplace Labs team is focused on defining solutions to augment Health and Wellness such as Benefits Decision Optimization, Total WellBeing, and R&D incubators to reach new customer segments, leverage AI, machine learning, personalized video and more.

Responsibiilities also include promoting innovation through Workplace Labs team, client co-development, design thinking, collaboration with adjacent service providers and innovation hubs—Pulse, Mass Challenge and American Underground, as well as innovation coaching and collaboration with MIT Innovation curriculum.
