Naoko Shirota

Director of Business Intelligence, Home Care Assistance

Naoko is the Director of Business Intelligence at Home Care Assistance, a pioneer in the rapidly expanding senior care market with a mission to change the way the world ages. Naoko has led innovation and analytics efforts at Home Care Assistance; these initiatives include launching the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, a science-based activities program designed to keep aging minds engaged, building an analytics dashboard that brings actionable data to stakeholders, and a piloting the use of telepresence robots to enhance social connectedness and emotional wellbeing of older adults. Naoko holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
