Traveling on Highway 101 North or South

Take the Embarcadero Road exit west toward Stanford. Cross El Camino Real, at which point Embarcadero Road becomes Galvez Street, and you will be on the Stanford University campus. Follow Galvez Street to its end, at Serra Street. Make a left onto Serra Street. Encina Hall will be on your immediate right, just east of the Hoover Tower complex of buildings.

Traveling Interstate 280 heading South (from San Francisco):

Take the Sand Hill Road East exit and turn right at Arboretum Road. Turn right at Palm Drive and turn left onto Campus Drive East. Make a right turn onto Galvez Street then a left onto Serra Street. Encina Hall will be on your right .

Traveling Interstate 280 heading North (from San Jose):

Take the Page Mill Road exit towards Palo Alto and turn left at Junipero Serra (CR-G5 W). Turn right onto Stanford Avenue, then left onto Bowdoin Street. Turn Right at Campus Drive East and then turn left onto Serra Street. Encina Hall will be on your left, just past Arguello Way.

Parking:

There are parking lots with metered visitor parking in front of the building and across Serra Street ($1.50 per hour; bring quarters). Most of the spaces in the large parking lot diagonal from the building require an A permit. Parking restrictions lift at 4 pm.
 
SCL is on the 5th floor of Encina Hall, East Wing. After you enter the main lobby of Encina Hall, turn left and go past the reception desk for the Freeman Spogli International Institute. Continue through the suite of offices behind the reception desk to the East Wing corridor, where there is an elevator. The SCL suite is on the 5th floor just to the left as you exit the elevator. The Falcon Lounge and Conference Room are down the hall to the right.
 
(Note that the main elevator does not go to the fifth floor. You must first cross over to the East Wing, then take the elevator.)
